We do allow well-behaved pets at the park.
-No more than two pets per home allowed
-Cats must be kept inside; no out-door cats allowed
-Pets need to be kept in the home or on a leash with the tenant at all times
-Tenants may have a kennel for the pet outside
-$200.00 pet deposit for the first pet and $100.00 for a second pet
-All pets must be current on vaccinations
-NO Pit Bulls, Stafford Shire Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes.

Mobile Home Lot Rental:
Steele Village Park's water & sewer provider is the City of Alvin. Each home is sub-metered and the tenant is charged for the gallons of water per month they use. The water/sewer bill is due at the time of rent & can be made payable to Steele Village Park. The minimum usage charge is $49.15 for up to 2,000 gallons and $9.30 per 1,000 gallons used after that.

Mobile Home Rental: Overview
There is a dumpster located at the front of the park for tenant's kitchen and bathroom type trash only. All trash must be neatly secured in appropriate trash bags. All other large trash items, furniture, car parts, etc. MUST be brought to the local dump at tenant's expense.
Tenants are responsible for obtaining and paying for electricity. Go to www.powertochoose.org to find the best rates from all providers in one place.
A mobile home is also commonly called a manufactured home or trailer. Mobile homes originated after World War II so American soldiers returning from war had a place to live.

Steele Village Mobile Home Park tends to stay at full occupancy. If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please fill out an application and if approved, we will add you to our list and keep you updated when homes become available.
Are you looking for an affordable rental property located close to work and schools?
If you wish to receive mail at the park, you will need to take a copy of your lease to the Alvin Post Office. They do charge a fee for the key. Mail boxes are located my the laundry building and by lot #8 at the park.

Steele Village Park offers mobile home spots available for lease.
-Prices range from $325.00 to $375.00 per month depending on lot size
-Tenant is responsible for water/sewer, electricity, gas if applicable, and any other outside services they may desire
-Tenant is responsible for yard care (mowing, weed eating, light landscaping of small bushes/shrubs)
-Yards are not fenced in; tenants can install a fence at their expense that is pre-approved by management
-One year lease required
-Prospective tenant must fill out application & be approved for residency
-All homes must be skirted and tied down in accordance with TDHCA standards within 30 days of move in
-Tenant must obtain all permits needed and fulfill all requirements in accordance to the City of Alvin's Ordinance
We currently do not have any vacant mobile home spots available. We rarely have move outs of mobile homes since the cost to move them is expensive. Feel free to fill out an application and be placed on our waiting list if you are still interested.
